How it works — full navigation guide
Navigation inside the store
On desktop, press W to walk forward through the aisles. To turn a corner, press A or D on your keyboard (or the left/right arrow keys) — it'll snap you a clean 90-degree turn. Up and Down let you adjust your height. Down in the bottom-right corner, you'll find Slow / Auto / Fast buttons for your walking speed — Fast keeps you moving quickly everywhere, Slow keeps things nice and relaxed, and Auto eases you to a stroll right alongside the shelves so there's time to browse, then picks back up to full speed once you're past them.
And here's the fun part: hold your left mouse button (LMB) and drag to move your head — so you can look around freely, whether you're walking or standing still, checking out the shelves to your left and right. Use it to look around and enjoy the store as you move through it!
Simply move your mouse over a product, and its title will appear.
Viewing your product details
When you find something you like, just click on it to open the full product details. Once you click or tap a product, a detail panel opens up showing you more information — photos, description, and pricing. If the product comes in different options, like size or shade, you'll see a variant selector where you can choose the one you want. Once you're happy with your choice, just tap or click Add to Cart.
Managing your cart
When you're ready, click or tap the cart icon to open your cart. From there, you can review everything you've added — adjust quantities up or down, or remove an item completely if you've changed your mind. Once you're happy with your cart, you've got two options: keep exploring and continue shopping, or go ahead and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Search for a collection
Now, if you're looking for something specific and don't want to wander the whole store, we've got you covered. Near the cart icon, you'll see a search icon. Tap or click it, and a list will pop up showing all the different product categories we carry. Just pick the category you're after, and the store will guide you straight there.
You'll see on-screen directions telling you exactly which way to go — including a heads-up right before you need to turn, so you're never caught off guard. As you approach a turn, you'll naturally slow down and pause for a moment, giving you time to actually make the turn — and once you're through it, you're back to full walking speed. When you arrive at your destination, the store will pause briefly so you can take a look — plenty of time to browse the shelf you were searching for.
And if you ever feel like exploring instead, just walk off in a different direction — the guide will clear automatically, and you're free to roam the store on your own terms again. It's the best of both worlds — quick and guided when you know what you want, or slow and relaxed when you just want to browse.
Full screen
For the most immersive experience, our 3D store opens in fullscreen — so you can really feel like you're walking through a real space, without any browser clutter around it. If at any point you exit fullscreen — whether you pressed escape, opened a new tab, or it just happened on its own — don't worry, nothing is lost. Your position in the store, your cart, everything stays exactly as it was. To jump back into fullscreen, just look for the small expand icon that appears on screen — one click, and you're right back in, immersed in the store again, picking up exactly where you left off.
Leave the 3D shop
When you're ready to leave the 3D store and head back to our regular website, just look for the Back to Shop button. On Desktop, you'll see it clearly labeled with text. On Mobile, to keep things clean and simple, it's just a small home icon — one tap, and you're on your way out. Clicking it takes you straight back to puressenceshop.com, right where you can continue browsing normally, or head to checkout if you've got items in your cart. It's a quick, easy way to step out of the experience whenever you're ready — no need to search for anything, it's always right there.
Navigation inside the store
On mobile, it's all touch-based. Hold your finger down on the screen to walk forward through the aisles. But here's the fun part: while you're holding your finger, you can also drag your finger to move your head — so you can look around freely as you walk, checking out the shelves to your left and right, without stopping.
